It is a command line application and does not affect your computer.

Install instructions
After downloading, extract the .zip file. Then open the folder which is titled after the version of PYOS you have. Finally, run PYOS.exe.
For source code:
The source code is the raw .py file. However, it my be partly obfuscated to protect users because the obfuscated parts have pin encryption and decryption code. This leads to the source code file to be impossible to execute. This will only happen with the source code and not with real PYOS versions.
